Terms of Service

ResolveIQ lets you build AI support agents that answer questions using the knowledge base content you upload and the databases you connect through pre-approved, parameterized query templates. We may improve or change features over time; if we discontinue a material feature we will give you reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including activity by teammates you invite to your workspace.

You retain all rights to the content you bring to the Service — knowledge-base documents, connected-database results, and conversations (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide the Service, including sending relevant portions to AI model providers to generate agent responses. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content and database connections you configure, and for what your agents are permitted to expose to end users.

Agent responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete despite being grounded in your content. You are responsible for reviewing how your agents are configured and for the answers they give your end users. The Service is not a source of legal, medical, or financial advice.

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive use.
• No connecting databases or uploading content you lack the rights to use.
• No attempting to breach, probe, or overload the Service or other customers’ workspaces.
• No using the Service to develop a competing product by systematically extracting its functionality.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits for each plan are described in the product. If a payment fails or a plan is exceeded, we may downgrade or suspend paid features after notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service or its users; where practical we will notify you first. Upon termination we delete Customer Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that agent responses will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify account owners by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
